disappointingly, i had to see Madagascar today.  the online movie listings were incorrect, so i was at the theater 2.5 hours before the movie i wanted to see started, and i was in a pinch.  it was an okay movie, but not one that i was thrilled to spend $6 on.  bleh.

i made dinner (grilled chicken with italian salsa), with the hopes that mark will agree to man the grill when he gets home, because while i can cook, i don't grill.  cooking for people makes me imagine my future life of domesticity, as a wife, or a long-term girlfriend.  when i cook, i always tell m., just so he knows that i can.  so he won't starve when i'm taking care of him.

i feel like going out tonight.  so maybe i will.  i miss new york today.  well, maybe not the state, but the people in it.
